Why it works in a hospital too
The core of the software is assigning physicians to shifts, fairly, while respecting everyone's constraints. That logic does not change between an FMG and a hospital department. What your department heads handle in Excel today, you can handle in Synchro:
- On-call distribution with weighting for weekends and nights.
- Natural-language constraints: each physician writes their unavailabilities and preferences the way they would say them.
- Shift transfers posted on a board, claimed self-serve by an available colleague. No more phone-call cascades.

- All users in your department, no cap.

In exchange, we ask you to talk to us. Your feedback helps us adapt Synchro to the hospital context: terminology, integrations, department workflows. No call quota, just a real conversation when we need one.
What we do not do yet
- Not the ER yet. ER flow has different logic, we are working on it.
- No native integration with hospital systems like Logibec hospital or Chrysalide. If you need one, let's discuss.
- Calculation of worked hours for RAMQ billing is not in the product today.
